Eureka Harbor is seeking a confident, highly communicative, and relationship-oriented female professional to join our team as a TikTok Affiliate & Creator Management Executive. This full-time, on-site position is based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will either have direct experience with TikTok Affiliate and Creator Management or come from related fields such as Sales, Customer Support, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Account Management. We value exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a willingness to learn and adapt within the TikTok ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with TikTok content creators and affiliates to build strong partnerships.
- Onboard creators and affiliates, fostering long-term relationships to support collaboration.
- Negotiate and coordinate affiliate campaigns and creator collaborations effectively.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with creators to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Support creators in promoting products and assist in managing affiliate campaigns and activities.
- Learn and utilize TikTok Shop, GMV Max, and other affiliate marketing tools to enhance campaign success.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving creator performance, sales, and overall GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
- Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Confident personality capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Support, Business Development, Telemarketing, Account Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up diligently and manage relationships proactively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Openness to learning about TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and creator management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Salary starting at PKR 100,000+, negotiable based on experience.
