The Mechanical Designer / Engineer will play a vital role in designing and developing mechanical systems and components for both civil and industrial projects. This position involves preparing technical and mechanical drawings, performing machine and component design, and utilizing CAD tools to create detailed models and layouts. The role requires close collaboration with civil and mechanical engineering teams, supporting research and development efforts, and ensuring all designs comply with project specifications, safety standards, and budgetary constraints. Additionally, the candidate will assist in reviewing project requirements, coordinating with project managers, and refining designs based on feedback and field conditions to ensure efficient and reliable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare precise technical and mechanical drawings using CAD software.
- Design machines and mechanical components that meet project needs and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs with civil projects.
- Support research and development activities to improve existing designs and explore innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong skills in technical drawing and proficiency with industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
- Practical expertise in mechanical engineering and machine design, with the ability to develop robust and efficient mechanical systems.
- Experience in research and development to support innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to mechanical design in civil and industrial projects.
