1. Content Writer/Social Media Manager: SEO, AI-Search and Conversion (Skincare)

We are seeking a creative, respectful, and dependable content writer who consistently delivers quality work on time. The ideal candidate collaborates well with others, accepts feedback gracefully, and proactively addresses challenges before they escalate. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, elegant, and persuasive copy that balances dermatological credibility with strong sales focus, driving product-page conversions, ad effectiveness, and organic search visibility.
- Manage the content calendar, schedule, and upload posts across social media platforms.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and direct messages, and interact with other relevant accounts.
- Develop e-commerce and advertising copy including product descriptions, social ad copy, and video hooks that are benefit-driven and conversion-oriented.
- Research and produce in-depth, scannable educational articles addressing local skin concerns such as hard water, smog, humidity, dry winters, and sun exposure.
- Create social media captions and carousel copy in polished English and natural Roman Urdu, aligned with the brand voice.
- Optimize content for AI and search engines by structuring with clear headings, direct answers, FAQs, and naturally integrated keywords.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by verifying every ingredient and clinical statement against approved sources, adhering to claims guidelines, and delivering ready-to-publish drafts with proper citations.
- Collaborate closely with design, video teams, and the brand lead, incorporating feedback promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years professional writing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, health, or e-commerce sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of producing copy that performs well in terms of engagement and conversions, not just readability.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and AI content optimization techniques.
- Strong command of written English.
- Portfolio showcasing both concise, impactful ad copy and longer educational content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistent ability to meet deadlines.

Hiring Task:
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to write a 150-word product description for a new Barrier Repair Moisturiser designed for city skin affected by smog and dry winters. The description should sound premium and credible, avoid unsubstantiated claims (no promises of cures or whitening), and conclude with a clear call to action. Candidates must also provide a brief note explaining their keyword choice. This task is expected to take 1 to 2 hours.
