2D Animator / Adobe Animation Expert

We are seeking a talented 2D Animator and Adobe Animation expert to produce engaging cartoon videos for YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking projects from script through to the final animated product, ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth storytelling. This role requires a strong command of Adobe Animate and a creative approach to character and scene design, as well as the ability to deliver consistent, polished animations on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Create character rigs, apply tweening techniques, and execute frame-by-frame animations using Adobe Animate.
- Develop storyboards, plan shot compositions, and produce animatics to visualize sequences before full animation.
- Design characters, backgrounds, and props that align with the project’s visual style.
- Animate character acting, including expressions, lip-syncing, and comedic timing to enhance storytelling.
- Edit videos, incorporate sound effects, and synchronize audio elements seamlessly with the animation.
- Maintain a consistent visual style throughout all deliverables, communicate clearly with the team, and ensure reliable and timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Animate, with hands-on experience in character rigging, tweening, and frame-by-frame animation.
- Strong skills in storyboarding, shot composition, and creating animatics.
- Ability to design appealing characters, backgrounds, and props suitable for cartoon animation.
- Expertise in character acting techniques, including facial expressions, lip-sync, and comedic timing.
- Experience with video editing and audio synchronization to produce polished final videos.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent visual style and communicate effectively within a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Gemini or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI video generation technologies like Google Flow or comparable software.
- Ability to leverage ChatGPT or other AI tools for brainstorming and supporting the production process.
