As a 2D/UI Artist at Connect Technologies, you will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling assets for mobile games and applications available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams to create artwork that not only attracts the target audience but also upholds the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively across various stages of game and app development, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality 2D assets, including characters, environments, and user interface elements.
- Develop visuals for app store listings and marketing materials to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and game development teams to maintain a unified visual style across projects.
- Work alongside the development team to integrate art assets into Unity.
- Revise and refine artwork based on feedback to meet project requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in game art to continuously improve output quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a 2D/UI or Game Artist.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and user interface design principles.
- Experience working with sprite sheets and basic animation techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
- A genuine passion for games and mobile app design.
