Key Responsibilities
- Operate a 6-colour KBA large sheet-fed press, including completing make-ready activities to ensure smooth production runs.
- Utilize the Densitronic Scanner to monitor colour consistency and promptly identify any quality issues.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, GMP, food safety protocols, HACCP, and allergen management practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Meet production priorities and deadlines while working efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace, immediately reporting any safety, quality, or food safety concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and write English effectively.
- Three to five years of experience in printing or a related industry.
- Proven experience operating KBA large sheet-fed presses, particularly 6-colour presses, including make-ready procedures and use of the Densitronic Scanner.
- Strong ability to distinguish colours and recognize quality issues during production.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Effective communication skills and a cooperative approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to work in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.
