Haraka Headhunters, a New York City–based attorney search firm located near Grand Central Station, is seeking an experienced AI Animator/Cartoonist & Meta Ads Growth Strategist. This remote position is open to candidates based in Pakistan, offering $20 per hour for 20 to 30 hours of work weekly. The role combines creative animation skills with strategic digital marketing to enhance the firm’s presence and generate qualified leads within the legal recruiting industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a data-driven Instagram growth strategy aimed at increasing followers from around 50 to 50,000 by the end of 2026. Create original AI-generated animations, cartoon characters, and visually compelling content that makes legal recruiting engaging and shareable. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. Design, build, test, and refine landing pages that convert visitors into qualified attorney candidates, law firm prospects, and business inquiries. Construct a measurable acquisition funnel focused on generating qualified leads and new business efficiently. Establish a distinctive and professional brand identity for Haraka Headhunters. Track campaign performance, analyze data to identify effective strategies, and report results based on tangible business impact rather than vanity metrics.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of five years of recent experience in Instagram growth, AI animation/cartooning, Meta advertising, landing page development, revenue generation, brand development, and analytics. A bachelor’s degree is preferred in fields such as Digital Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, Computer Science, Creative Technology, or Business/Marketing Analytics. Equivalent practical experience with demonstrable results will also be considered.

Preferred Skills and Tools
Experience with AI creative tools like Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT is desirable. Proficiency in animation and video software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, and CapCut is beneficial. Familiarity with paid advertising platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API is important. Knowledge of landing page platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, or Leadpages is preferred. Competence in analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmap software, A/B testing platforms, and CRM integrations is advantageous. Candidates are not expected to master every tool but should be able to select and apply the appropriate ones to meet business goals.
