3D Animator

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Animation Editor with hands-on experience in Blender to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of 3D animation workflows, video editing, and rendering techniques. This role involves creating high-quality animations, editing 3D content, and working closely with designers and artists to produce captivating visual assets that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit 3D animations, models, and visual effects using Blender.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to conceptualize and execute animation sequences.
- Edit and composite 3D scenes, including camera movements, lighting, and textures to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Work on motion graphics, rigging, and character animation as needed.
- Optimize 3D models and scenes to balance performance and visual quality.
- Export and integrate animations into video or interactive media formats.
- Ensure consistency with project guidelines, visual style, and brand requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D animation and Blender.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D animation and video editing.
- Proficiency in Blender is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, texturing, and rendering principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software is a plus.
