Saad Ahsan Residency & Citizenship is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our team in Lahore on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in bringing landmark real estate projects to life through advanced 3D design and visualization techniques. You will work on diverse projects across Pakistan and Portugal, transforming architectural concepts and plans into high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentations that effectively communicate design intent to clients, investors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate and visually compelling 3D architectural models, renders, and visualizations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- Convert architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and concepts into detailed 3D representations.
- Produce photorealistic exterior and interior renders for marketing materials, presentations, and client communications.
- Create 3D walkthroughs, animations, and architectural presentations as required.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, project teams, and management to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that meet expectations.
- Revise and refine models and renders based on feedback and design updates.
- Ensure precision in dimensions, materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and architectural details.
- Develop visual concepts maintaining professional international standards for projects in Pakistan and Portugal.
- Organize and manage 3D assets, including models, textures, renders, and project files efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D architectural visualization and real estate presentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in 3D architectural modeling and visualization, preferably within real estate development, residential, commercial, hospitality, or international projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Rhino, or equivalent tools.
- Skilled in rendering software including V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret architectural drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, proportions, materials, lighting, textures, and spatial visualization.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, realistic architectural renders.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
