Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize game-ready 3D assets, including environments, props, and characters.
- Modify and adapt existing assets or those sourced from Asset Stores to meet specific game requirements.
- Manage materials, textures, lighting, shaders, visual effects (VFX), and basic animation setups.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with concept art, texture generation, visual references, and to accelerate production workflows.
- Ensure strong mobile performance by optimizing assets, implementing Levels of Detail (LODs), and maintaining efficient resource usage.
- Collaborate closely with developers to maintain a consistent visual style and direction across projects.
- Quickly produce visual variations for prototypes and market-testing creatives to support iterative development.
- Develop reusable art pipelines and asset libraries to streamline future production efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in 3D art production, specifically creating game-ready assets such as environments, props, and characters.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling and animation software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Experience working within Unity’s art pipeline, including knowledge of materials, shaders, lighting, and asset optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of mobile game performance constraints and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted art workflows and tools.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple art styles and rapidly produce assets for prototypes.
- Prior experience in mobile game development is advantageous.
