3D Compositor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphics Artist with a strong background in compositing and visual effects to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging 2D motion graphics and animated content, managing complex compositing tasks, and delivering complete video projects from concept through to final output. This role requires a keen artistic eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create captivating 2D motion graphics and animated visual content that aligns with project objectives.
- Perform advanced compositing and visual effects (VFX) work to enhance video productions.
- Develop and deliver complete 2D video projects, managing all stages from initial concept to final output.
- Design and integrate high-quality 2D effects into video and gaming-related content to elevate the overall production value.
- Manage and optimize 3D renders to ensure seamless integration into final compositions.
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring all creative assets meet project requirements.
- Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production teams to achieve the desired outcomes and uphold project objectives.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Compositor, Motion Graphics Artist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of compositing techniques, motion design principles, and visual effects workflows.
- Experience in handling and integrating 3D renders into final video compositions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong artistic sense for animation, timing, and storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
- Experience working on gaming-related projects is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This position is based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. The role requires in-person attendance to facilitate close collaboration with the team. The monthly compensation starts from Rs200,000, reflecting the seniority and expertise required for this position.
