3D Designer

We are seeking a full-time, on-site 3D Designer based in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, product visualizations, and renderings for consumer goods. You will work closely with product development, marketing, and packaging teams to interpret design briefs, develop concept sketches, and build detailed 3D assets. Your work will support presentations, catalogs, and digital campaigns, ensuring visuals align with brand standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models and product visualizations based on design briefs and concept sketches.
- Develop realistic renderings using texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques suitable for marketing and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and packaging, to incorporate feedback and refine designs.
- Optimize 3D models for various outputs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare visuals for presentations, catalogs, and digital campaigns that effectively communicate product features and aesthetics.
- Stay updated with industry tools, software, and trends to continuously improve design workflows and visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and files are organized efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in 3D design and modeling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating product-focused 3D assets with attention to detail in proportions, materials, and usability.
- Skills in texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce realistic and compelling visualizations.
- Ability to translate product concepts and sketches into detailed 3D models.
- Experience working collaboratively with product development, marketing, or packaging teams and integrating interdisciplinary feedback.
- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with the ability to work within brand guidelines while proposing innovative design solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present design options clearly and accept constructive feedback.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized asset libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
