3D Generalist

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models of tableware and household products, accurately translating sketches or CAD references into digital assets.
- Develop realistic textures and materials that mimic real-world finishes, enhancing the visual appeal of products.
- Set up lighting and scene composition to produce photorealistic renders suitable for marketing, packaging, catalogues, social media, websites, and internal presentations.
- Rig and prepare assets for animation where necessary, supporting motion graphics, product demonstrations, and visual storytelling.
- Optimize 3D scenes for performance without compromising visual quality.
- Maintain organized asset libraries to ensure efficient workflow and easy retrieval of digital resources.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participating in reviews and refining visuals based on feedback and brand guidelines.
- Finalize imagery according to offset printing requirements for packaging layouts during post-production.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D content creation software, particularly Blender, for modeling, scene setup, and rendering.
- Strong skills in texturing and lighting to create realistic materials and surface details.
- Experience with rigging and animation to prepare assets for dynamic presentations.
- Understanding of product design workflows and the ability to accurately interpret sketches or CAD files into 3D models.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense aligned with brand and design guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within on-site, cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in 3D design, animation, industrial design, or related disciplines is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation, ideally featuring product-focused projects.
