We are seeking a skilled, creative, and efficient 3D Visualizer to join our Interior Design Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D visualization and interior design, with the ability to produce high-quality, realistic interior renders. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent understanding of materials, lighting, colors, aesthetics, and spatial composition. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life while meeting tight deadlines. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, realistic 3D interior visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that align with the design intent.
- Apply expert knowledge of materials, lighting, colors, and spatial composition to enhance the visual impact of renders.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Maintain a strong creative approach while paying close attention to detail throughout the visualization process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in 3D visualization specifically within the interior design field.
- Proficiency in Lumion, D5 Render, and Enscape software for rendering and visualization purposes.
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting techniques, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
- Demonstrated ability to produce photorealistic interior renders with a creative and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while collaborating with a team.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
