We are looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our outbound healthcare division. This role is ideal for individuals with a natural talent for conversation and excellent English communication skills. The position focuses on high-volume lead qualification rather than high-pressure sales, providing a professional environment where you can engage with US-based customers inquiring about health insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to verify eligibility for ACA or Medicare benefits and perform live transfers to licensed specialists, allowing you to concentrate on delivering a great initial customer experience and meeting transfer targets without the need for end-to-end closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement: Professionally handle incoming calls from the US market with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Smart Qualification: Quickly identify qualified leads by asking scripted questions related to insurance needs.
- Successful Transfers: Connect eligible callers to the closing team through efficient live transfer protocols.
- Quality and Compliance: Follow provided scripts and adhere to US federal regulations to ensure high-quality service.
- Productivity: Maintain high energy levels during peak hours to maximize transfer opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a clear and neutral accent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in US-based campaigns such as ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense is preferred; however, candidates with outstanding communication skills and no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Shift Commitment: Ability to work the night shift from 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to build instant rapport and confidently handle objections.
- Professionalism: Punctual, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month.
