A2P SMS Account Manager

ConnectMe Communications LLC is seeking a dedicated A2P SMS Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a trusted monetization partner specializing in A2P SMS services, we provide cutting-edge solutions including A2P Network Penetration Testing, Firewall Provisioning and Management, and a global A2P Traffic Hub. In this role, you will manage client relationships, drive growth in A2P SMS traffic, and ensure operational excellence by coordinating with technical teams and resolving client issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to securing communication networks and optimizing messaging traffic for businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts to foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Monitor account performance daily and address client queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of communication solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive A2P SMS traffic growth and network monetization.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of secure messaging solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Telecom networks, A2P SMS technologies, and traffic management principles.
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship building, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to identify growth and monetization opportunities within network traffic.
- Knowledge of SMS Firewalls and network security strategies to safeguard communication channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
