ACA Sales Representative – Night Shift

Strive BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our ACA Campaign as Sales Representatives on the night shift. This role is ideal for both experienced sales professionals and freshers who have strong English communication skills. Successful candidates will engage with customers to provide detailed information about ACA plans, understand their needs, and meet sales targets in a dynamic and supportive onsite environment. The working hours for this position are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding ACA plans and services.
- Identify customer needs and effectively generate sales.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
- Adhere to campaign procedures and ensure full compliance with all requirements.
- Accurately record customer information and call details.

Required Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in ACA, Medicare, BPO, telesales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
