Proofreading By A UK PhD, an academic consulting firm based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is dedicated to supporting postgraduate researchers worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Academic Consultant to provide personalized research mentorship, manuscript refinement, and publication guidance to postgraduate students. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance the quality and impact of their academic work, ensuring adherence to rigorous scholarly standards.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert consultation and academic supervision to postgraduate students, assisting them throughout their research journey. Critically review, edit, and refine all five chapters of postgraduate dissertations and theses to improve clarity, coherence, and academic rigor. Guide clients through the development of research proposals, study designs, data analysis, and manuscript preparation. Manage the complete publication process for journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), ensuring compliance with target journal requirements. Maintain high standards for academic writing conventions and citation systems, including APA, Vancouver, and Harvard styles.

Required Qualifications
A Master’s or PhD degree in Management or a closely related field is essential. Candidates must have a proven publication record as the first author of at least one article indexed in Scopus or Web of Science (WoS). A high level of proficiency in formal academic English is required, along with a thorough understanding of international peer-review submission protocols.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with first-author publications in Q1 or Q2 high-impact journals will have a distinct advantage. Strong skills in quantitative analysis tools such as IBM SPSS, SmartPLS, or AMOS are highly desirable. Experience with qualitative research software like NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or thematic coding is also beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with programming or computational tools such as Python, R, or Deep Learning will be considered an asset.

This is a part-time, remote position offering a competitive monthly remuneration starting from Rs50,000.
