Academic Coordinator – School

Allied School Hassan Campus is looking for a dedicated and experienced Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations and drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and student achievement. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising teaching staff, ensuring effective curriculum delivery, and fostering a productive learning environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to academic supervision, and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school management to maintain high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the academic performance of both teachers and students to ensure quality education.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and support effective lesson planning across all grade levels.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and perform teacher evaluations to maintain teaching excellence.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to teaching staff to enhance their professional development.
- Monitor assessments, examinations, and track student academic progress consistently.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between teachers, parents, and school management.
- Maintain academic discipline, proper documentation, and reporting standards.
- Identify areas requiring academic improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Assist school management in upholding and enhancing educational standards throughout the campus.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in academic coordination, school supervision, or educational leadership roles.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective staff management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of school academic operations and curriculum planning processes.
- Ability to evaluate teacher performance and implement measures to improve academic outcomes.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Applicants residing near Baghbanpura, GT Road, or surrounding areas of Lahore will be given preference due to location convenience. The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and suitability. This is an in-person role requiring commitment to on-site responsibilities.
