Academic Manager

The Orchid School is looking for a committed and experienced Academic Manager to lead and manage academic operations across its campuses. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in curriculum development, implementation, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. This position requires a proactive leader who can collaborate effectively with school heads, coordinators, and teachers to ensure academic excellence and continuous improvement in student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily academic operations to ensure the smooth execution of academic plans.
- Monitor curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and maintain classroom teaching standards.
- Coordinate with school heads, coordinators, and teachers to meet academic goals.
- Track student performance, assessments, and overall learning outcomes.
- Support teacher training initiatives, professional development programs, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to academic policies, curriculum guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify areas needing improvement and implement strategies to enhance academic performance.
- Prepare detailed academic reports and provide progress updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic management, school coordination, or educational leadership.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment methods, and classroom management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Cambridge or other international curricula is considered an advantage.
