Knowza Learning Solutions, a part of Britannia Education Group, operates as a dedicated support office providing operational services to several UK-based entities. While our head office is located in the UK, our back-end support centre is based in Lahore, Pakistan. We serve learners from the UK and international markets by delivering high-quality educational and operational support. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated professionals to join us as Academic Support Tutors. In this role, you will guide learners, assist with coursework, and ensure a positive learning experience through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). We offer a variety of courses and will assign subjects that best match your expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective academic support to learners via the Virtual Learning Environment.
- Guide learners on coursework structure, expectations, and occupational standards.
- Review and respond to learner queries with clear, accurate, and constructive feedback.
- Conduct research to supply learners with relevant academic resources and solutions.
- Monitor learner progress and follow up to ensure engagement and course completion.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and consistency in all communications.
- Support internal academic processes as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong work ethic demonstrated through honesty, punctuality, ownership, mutual respect, and commitment.
- High proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Genuine passion for education and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Workplace Details and Standards
This is an on-site position based in Lahore, located on Jail Road. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 50,000 to 60,000, depending on experience. Our workplace culture is founded on transparency, integrity, ownership, and attention to detail. We expect focused work with no mobile phone usage during office hours, strict punctuality, and attendance discipline. Additionally, employees are not permitted to engage in external freelancing or conflicting professional activities.
