As an Access Management Operations Manager within EY’s Cyber Security team, you will play a critical role in managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for clients worldwide. You will ensure the highest quality standards are met, report risks promptly, and contribute to a positive learning environment by mentoring junior team members. This position involves executing IAM roadmaps, implementing secrets management, managing machine identities, and defining access policies aligned with the overall IAM program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IAM operations, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning across various systems and applications.
- Implement and maintain appropriate access controls to ensure security compliance.
- Lead periodic access reviews, certifications, and compliance activities to satisfy audit requirements.
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Manage IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, IT, and business teams to support secure identity lifecycle management.
- Lead and mentor IAM operations team members, ensuring service quality, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Huddle Boards for work tracking, documentation, collaboration, reporting, and governance.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations.
- Proven expertise in managing IAM platforms and technologies.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks, compliance standards, and audit processes.
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to communicate risks and updates effectively to leadership and management.
