Accessories Purchaser (Textile Industry)

We are seeking a dedicated Accessories Purchaser to join our team in the textile industry, based in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring textile accessories to support smooth production operations. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining quality standards. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase textile accessories in line with production needs.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate favorable prices.
- Coordinate effectively with production, merchandising, and inventory teams to ensure accessories are available when needed.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and place purchase orders accordingly to avoid shortages.
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with quality standards and production requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to secure reliable supply chains.
- Track deliveries and promptly resolve any procurement-related issues to prevent delays.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the textile or garments industry.
- Strong knowledge of textile accessories and the sourcing process.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP systems.
