Account Executive

Syntax Solutionz LLC is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our remote team based in Pakistan. We are an IRS-authorized e-file provider specializing in US bookkeeping, tax filing, payroll, and business formation services for global entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, practical experience with QuickBooks Online, and the ability to work efficiently during our set shift hours. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative cloud-based AI tools to enhance workflow and accuracy in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client books using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Assist in the preparation of US tax returns and perform financial reconciliations utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize modern cloud-based AI tools to streamline daily tasks and improve accuracy in bookkeeping and tax-related activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a Master’s degree (MBA) in Accounting or Finance.
- Between 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with practical proficiency in QuickBooks Online and standard tax software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to adapt quickly to cloud-based AI technologies.
- Availability to work the designated shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday.
