Hiring for a startup helping B2B and SaaS companies grow by building and managing high-performing offshore sales and customer onboarding teams.
Position Overview: About Role:Looking for a B2B fintech platform expert. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and motivated, with strong communication skills. They will connect with potential business customers, take ownership of customer issues, and use their deep technical knowledge to explain our fintech platform to prospective customers. They will generate qualified leads, explain the fintech platform and its benefits, and guide interested businesses through the registration process. No hard selling is involved.
Key Responsibilities- Understanding of B2B cross-border payments platforms.
- Reach out to potential business customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify and connect with businesses that could benefit from our services, explaining the fintech platform's solutions and how it can suit the customer's needs.
- Encourage interested businesses to register and create their accounts, and guide prospects through the initial sign-up process, helping resolve basic registration questions.
- Flag any platform issues during the sign-up process so the client can improve their services.
- Keep up with competitor offerings and pricing, and use those insights in your pitch.
- Stay informed with new updates and changes made to client's platforms to improve sales.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects to complete their registration.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and signup progress, sharing regular pipeline updates and sales reports with the manager.
- Hand over smoothly to the support or relevant teams once the client is onboarded.
- Work towards assigned outreach and customer signup targets, submitting commission and spiffs on time.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and provide support as and when needed.
- 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Fintech.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and contacting prospects through email and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation or business development is preferred.
- Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced setting.
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Google Chat.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and dashboards.
Location: Clifton Block 9, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
