Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team located at Tariq Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance and possess practical experience in managing daily financial operations. This role requires strong numerical accuracy, effective communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple branches to ensure smooth financial processes. Experience in the restaurant industry is considered an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily sales and banking activities efficiently.
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions across branches.
- Maintain and prepare the Trial Balance regularly.
- Coordinate daily with various branches to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Verify and check branch petty cash to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain precise accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager to support the accounting department.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with different teams.
