Account Executive

Our Karachi office, situated on Shahrah-e-Faisal, houses a growing in-house team focused on web design, content creation, and digital marketing. We pride ourselves on delivering measurable results for clients through high-quality content, SEO, paid campaigns, and comprehensive full-funnel strategies.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to act as the primary communication link between our clients and the fulfilment team based in Karachi. This role involves managing daily client communications, ensuring timely delivery of work, monitoring campaign performance, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction across retainer accounts. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams, prepare performance updates, and escalate any issues promptly. Collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and Operations Manager is essential to ensure smooth and professional account management.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts via email and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate between fulfilment teams and clients to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports to clients.
- Monitor campaign progress and promptly flag any performance issues or delays.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each client’s goals, deliverables, and retainer scope.
- Log all client communications and account updates in the agency CRM system.
- Schedule and prepare agendas for client check-in calls as needed.
- Capture client feedback, communicate it to relevant teams, and ensure timely action.
- Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating setup tasks across departments.
- Keep account records, trackers, and status reports well-organized and up to date.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written English with a professional and confident communication style.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and website management.
- Experience using project management or CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- High attention to detail and consistent ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address issues before escalation.
- Comfortable working with clients in Ireland and the UK across different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEMrush is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs95,000.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm PKT, based at the Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. Hours may shift by one hour seasonally to align with Irish daylight saving time, requiring some flexibility.
- This is an in-person role, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing team.

Candidates will be asked to provide details on the number of client accounts they have managed, the CRM or project management tools they have used, expected salary in PKR, notice period, experience with client reporting, and availability to commit to the specified working hours.
