The Accounts Executive will play a vital role in supporting the daily finance operations within the organization. This position involves managing donation verification, performing reconciliations, handling invoicing, maintaining accurate QuickBooks entries, and overseeing asset and inventory records. The incumbent will ensure all financial documentation is precise and complies with the established financial procedures of Rizq Trust. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager or Head of Finance and is based in Lahore, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify website (Give) orders, ensuring accurate recording of online donations and transactions.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, payment gateways, and donation platforms to maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare and issue invoices to donors and partners, and actively follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
- Record and post all financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records along with supporting documentation for all transactions.
- Conduct physical verification of organizational assets and maintain an accurate and current Asset Register.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or ACCA qualification/post-qualified candidate.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Practical experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong command of QuickBooks Online for financial transaction management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Skilled in bookkeeping and accurate transaction recording.
- Ability to prepare invoices and conduct payment follow-ups efficiently.
- Competence in maintaining financial documentation and record keeping.
- Knowledge of inventory and asset management procedures.
