Account Executive

Mosaic Vision Lahore is a well-established company specializing in labels and tags printing, catering to leading garment exporters both within Pakistan and internationally. With over 20 years of industry experience and OEKO-TEX certification, the company offers comprehensive commercial offset printing services. These services encompass design, pre-press, printing, finishing, and dispatch, ensuring high-quality deliverables for its clients. Currently, Mosaic Vision is seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant based in Lahore who is comfortable working regularly with ERP Next software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare basic financial statements and assist in expense tracking and financial reporting.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline accounting operations, including advanced use of MS Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, pivot tables).
- Work closely with the ERP Next system for daily accounting tasks and data management.
- Support compliance with local financial regulations, invoicing standards, and basic taxation requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or B.Com from a recognized institution.
- Core accounting skills including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong MS Excel skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with ERP or other accounting systems, with the ability to work frequently on ERP Next.
- Experience of 1–2 years or relevant internships in accounting or finance, preferably within manufacturing, printing, or garment-related industries.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Understanding of basic taxation, invoicing practices, and local financial regulations in Pakistan is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to the garment or printing industry will be beneficial for adapting quickly to company processes.
