Account Executive

Located at Fateh Jang Suzuki Motors in Fateh Jang, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the overall accounts function of the dealership. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records in an organized manner.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables, following up as necessary to ensure timely collection.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, account closing, and preparation of financial statements.
- Keep proper records of dealership expenses and purchases to support financial transparency.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, and relevant departments on financial matters to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies at all times.
- Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Perform other accounts-related tasks as assigned by management to support the finance team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy to maintain high-quality financial records.
- Good organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in an automotive dealership or a similar business environment will be considered an advantage.
