Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated finance professional with a strong background in finance and taxation to join our team at a leading automobile 3S dealership based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in finance and accounting, coupled with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial documentation, reporting, and auditing while ensuring compliance with company policies. The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office. There is no gender preference for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document financial transactions accurately by entering account information.
- Summarize the current financial status by collecting data and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Audit documents to substantiate financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accounting controls through the preparation and recommendation of policies and procedures.
- Guide and support accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and addressing queries.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the accounts department and interact with other organizational offices as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and productivity improvement.
- Review debtor aging reports and monitor credit limits to maintain financial health.
- Perform any additional accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by the Accounts/Finance Head.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in finance and taxation.
- Strong skills in accounting, corporate finance, and financial reporting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial data.
- Solid general math skills and analytical abilities.
