Account Receivable (Medical Billing)

Medcare MSO, a leading USA-based Healthcare IT company in Pakistan with a workforce exceeding 900 employees, is seeking a dedicated Account Receivables Representative to join its Lahore office. The company prides itself on implementing best practices and utilizing advanced technology tools to deliver exceptional results. This is a full-time, office-based role with shift timings from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, located in M Malam, Lahore. The salary range for this position is between Rs 50,000 and Rs 75,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily work reports to track progress and performance.
- Efficiently manage the denial bucket by addressing claims promptly to minimize delays.
- Actively pursue payments on pending claims to ensure timely collections.
- Follow the American calendar to align work schedules and deadlines accordingly.
- Handle insurance-related calls professionally to resolve issues and gather necessary information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Between 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in medical billing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage claim disputes and payment follow-ups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with insurance companies and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in a similar role within medical billing or healthcare IT is considered an advantage.
