Key Responsibilities
The Account Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Anarkali’s Rawalpindi branch. The primary responsibility is to manage restaurant accounts by tracking daily sales and expenses, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The specialist will prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting activities, and coordinate with management to ensure compliance with both internal policies and local regulations. Additionally, the role involves responding to account-related inquiries, addressing customer billing or payment questions, and collaborating closely with the operations team to resolve any issues promptly. Attention to detail, timely documentation, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners are essential for success in this position.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, monitor trends, and support informed decision-making. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact professionally with management, team members, and customers. Proficiency in finance-related tasks such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payment processing, and budgeting support is required. Customer service skills are important for handling inquiries, resolving billing issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Experience in account management, including overseeing client accounts and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of account activities, is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in accounting or account management, particularly within the hospitality or retail sectors, will be considered an advantage.
