Accountant

Prime Packages Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team in Faisalabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in manufacturing environments. This role requires proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and billing processes, along with strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions efficiently.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and process billing in a timely manner.
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis using advanced MS Excel features such as formulas and pivot tables.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation and records for audit and review purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field such as Accounting or Finance (BS).
- Part-qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in accounts and taxation, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and account reconciliations.
