YouTech Corporation Pvt. Ltd., based in Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated full-time accountant to join their team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the company’s financial health through detailed reporting and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles within the Pakistani business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts including sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage dealer receivables, supplier payables, and monitor outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly and maintain detailed cash records to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock valuation, and calculate product costing to support pricing and profitability analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements such as profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Handle all tax-related documentation, ensure compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations, and coordinate with tax consultants as needed.
- Track operating expenses and promptly report any financial discrepancies or irregularities to management for timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software applications.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation laws and FBR procedures to ensure compliance.
- Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible work ethic essential for maintaining financial integrity.
