Accountant

Al Mannan Builders, a reputable real estate development company established in 1998 in Multan, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing timely financial reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive books of accounts, including ledgers and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Accurately record sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
- Ensure proper documentation of vouchers and supporting evidence.
- Utilize accounting software to process daily transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and management as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
