H&H Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to oversee the company’s accounting and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP-based accounting systems, specifically managing manufacturing processes such as inventory, production, and costing within the ERP. This role requires the ability to independently prepare full financial statements and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and taxation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions efficiently.
- Operate and maintain the ERP system covering manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and finance modules.
- Record and monitor production activities, including raw material usage, work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and manufacturing costs within the ERP.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
- Maintain the general ledger and perform reconciliations for bank accounts, customers, suppliers, and inventory.
- Prepare and file statutory returns such as sales tax and withholding tax.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to aid decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA (Inter), ICMA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong practical experience with ERP systems, including manufacturing and inventory modules.
- Proven ability to independently prepare comprehensive financial statements.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and production accounting.
- Sound knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the packaging or printing industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory valuation methods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
