We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of our company’s financial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, payroll, budgeting, cash receipts, and financial assets while ensuring strict adherence to standard accounting procedures. This role demands strong skills in financial data analysis, cash flow forecasting, and conducting thorough financial audits to support the company’s financial objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary of Rs60,000.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and supervise the company’s overall financial strategy to align with business goals. Manage all financial accounts, payroll processes, budgeting activities, cash receipts, and financial assets efficiently. Handle company transactions and debts, while performing accurate cash flow forecasting to maintain liquidity and financial health. Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all financial dealings. Follow proper accounting procedures consistently to achieve the company’s financial targets. Monitor and analyze financial accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed financial reports based on thorough data analysis to inform management decisions. Create and manage invoices, including converting them to PDF format as required. Convert bank statements into Excel spreadsheets for effective record-keeping and financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Tally accounting software is essential for this role. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and financial modeling, are required. A solid understanding of standard accounting procedures and financial regulations is necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy. Experience in payroll management and budget preparation is important to handle day-to-day financial operations. Ability to perform detailed financial audits and cash flow forecasting is critical to maintaining financial integrity. Competence in generating invoices and managing financial documentation is expected.
