We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions. This role requires managing client accounts with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring financial records are maintained according to company standards. The ideal professional will be proactive, organized, and capable of delivering timely financial reports and analyses.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare financial statements and accounting reports for clients.
- Manage and update invoices as well as incoming and outgoing payments.
- Perform book reconciliations promptly and accurately.
- Maintain daily financial records and prepare all related reports and correspondence.
- Manage books of accounts for various types of businesses.
- Analyze financial data and summarize the financial status for reporting purposes.
- Ensure all accounts are maintained in compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, MBA, or B.Com.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in an accounting role.
- Age range: 29 to 37 years.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Thorough understanding of advanced accounting procedures and principles.
- Fluency in English is required.
