Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team at our DHA Phase 7 Extension Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant accounting experience and possess strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial records management. The position is on-site with working hours from 11 am to 8 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account closing activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial calculations, reporting, data analysis, and record management.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and other related accounting tasks.
- Maintain organized financial records and provide support during internal and external audits as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accountancy or accounting roles.
- Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including financial functions and data analysis.
- ACCA Diploma or a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated office location during the specified working hours.
