We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive financial reporting, overseeing general ledger activities, and ensuring accurate accounts payable and receivable processes. This role requires a strong understanding of lease management and budgeting compliance within a dynamic work environment. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow forecasts, to support business decision-making.

General Ledger & Month-End Closing: Manage accruals, fixed assets, and deferred rent accounts. Complete all month-end closing procedures efficiently to maintain accurate financial records.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process tenant rent payments, manage security deposits, handle vendor invoices, and perform bank reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations.

Lease & CAM Management: Review lease agreements thoroughly and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges along with rent escalations to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Budgeting & Compliance: Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and ensure all tax filings adhere to regulatory standards, supporting the company’s financial integrity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is mandatory.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliation.
- Familiarity with budgeting procedures and regulatory compliance related to tax filings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Location

This position requires the candidate to work in person at the company’s office.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
