Accountant - Onsite

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of proven experience in accounting, demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting principles and software. This is an onsite position offering a competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for growth in a supportive and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chart of Accounts and maintain an accurate accounting structure
- Pass journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and process vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
- Oversee taxation, invoicing, and budgeting activities
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or Xero for daily operations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), ACCA certification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- At least two years of proven experience working as an accountant
- Strong understanding of the Chart of Accounts, journal entries, and ledger management
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- A creative approach to solving financial problems
- Honest, punctual, and responsible work ethic
- Must be based in Peshawar and able to work onsite
