Accountant

Graphix Labels & Packaging, a leading provider of garment branding and packaging solutions based in Pakistan, serves apparel manufacturers, exporters, fashion brands, and retailers. Committed to quality, precision, competitive pricing, and timely delivery, the company is expanding its team in Sialkot. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reliable reporting, supporting the smooth financial operations of our Sialkot facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain organized accounting ledgers.
- Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings as required.
- Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and filed systematically.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations relevant to Pakistan’s garment industry is preferred.
