Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales delivery conditions in accordance with company policies.
- Issue sales invoices and manage accounting for sales revenue.
- Review invoices, income, and sales-related processes to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and oversee expense recognition.
- Verify disbursements and maintain records following company guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company expense policies, offering suggestions based on local practices.
- Record and control employee cash advances.
- Conduct fixed asset verification, record-keeping, and management.
- Reconcile and manage other receivables and payables.
- Perform monthly closing of expense-related accounting.
- Prepare monthly reports and analyses on expenses and budget management.
- Possess knowledge or relevant experience with Pakistan tax regulations, including sales tax, withholding tax, personal income tax, and annual corporate tax.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the headquarters financial team and management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance-related roles, preferably within a heavy equipment sales company.
- Strong attention to detail, diligence, and ability to work proactively under pressure.
- Relevant accounting certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
- Familiarity with local financial standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in SAP, E-INVOICE modules, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in either Chinese or English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Holding professional accounting qualifications like CPA or ACCA.
- Deep understanding of local financial regulations and IFRS.
- Advanced skills in SAP and E-INVOICE systems, alongside strong MS Office capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in Chinese or English to support cross-functional collaboration.
