We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience to develop their accounting skills in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling project invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Support the team in managing accounting transactions, maintaining proper records.
- Contribute to the preparation of budget forecasts to aid financial planning.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure timely reporting.
- Help reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in computing taxes and preparing tax returns in compliance with relevant laws.
- Support the management of balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements throughout all processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh accountant or entry-level professional with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Work Location:
This position requires in-person attendance at the office to facilitate close collaboration with the finance team and other departments.
