We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will oversee various finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in accounting software. The position is full-time and based on-site, with a night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise finance functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items, and fixed asset accounting.
- Analyze periodic financial reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Review and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and oversee journal entries, adjustments, and maintenance of financial records and statements.
- Assist in financial and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure all finance activities comply with established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate finance personnel, providing guidance and performance appraisals.
Required Qualifications:
- ACCA finalist or CA Finalist with completed articleship.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop versions) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working in a BPO environment is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work night shifts, as this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
