Accounting Manager

The Big Book Store, located in Peoples Colony, Gujranwala, is seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated Accountant to join its team. The ideal candidate will be involved in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, handling customer interactions, and supporting the online store operations. Key Responsibilities

- Manage basic accounting tasks using accounting software or applications.
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders accurately.
- Maintain daily accounting records to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Oversee the online store and manage related orders efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up calls for payment recoveries and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with customers regarding their orders and payments to maintain good relationships.
- Perform routine accounting and administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience using accounting software or related applications.
- Proficient computer skills and effective communication abilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Relevant prior experience in accounting or related fields will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Salary range between PKR 30,000 and 50,000 per month.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM with a one-hour break.
- Lunch and refreshments are provided during working hours.
- Overtime work is compensated with paid overtime.
- An annual bonus is available as part of the compensation package.
- The position requires working six days a week.
- Location: Peoples Colony, Gujranwala.
