Accounting Teacher – Remote | UK & US Students

Provixio Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Teacher to join its expanding online education team. This full-time remote position involves teaching UK and US-based students through engaging and interactive online classes. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to clearly and confidently explain complex financial concepts. In addition to delivering quality lessons, the candidate will support student progress, contribute to class quality, and assist in teacher development initiatives when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dynamic and interactive online Accounting classes tailored to UK and US students’ academic levels and curricula.
- Teach a variety of accounting topics including financial accounting, management accounting, bookkeeping, financial statements, double-entry bookkeeping, budgeting, costing, and taxation.
- Simplify complex accounting concepts to ensure clear understanding and student engagement.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, activities, and teaching materials aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Foster students’ analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills through practical examples and guided exercises.
- Assess student comprehension regularly and track academic progress to identify areas needing improvement.
- Provide academic support to students by addressing weaknesses and encouraging active participation.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging online classroom environment that motivates students to ask questions and engage fully.
- Deliver constructive feedback on student performance and communicate professionally with both students and parents.
- Uphold high teaching standards and professionalism at all times.
- Support fellow teachers by assisting with teacher training, class monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Offer constructive feedback to colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student engagement.
- Adhere strictly to company teaching standards, curriculum guidelines, and classroom procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong academic foundation in Accounting.
- Previous experience teaching Accounting is required or highly preferred.
- Experience teaching UK or US-based students is a significant advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with clear pronunciation and confident delivery.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
- Ability to explain difficult accounting concepts in a simple and accessible manner.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
