Accounts and Finance Assistant Manager - TJ / 1888488

MAF BIS Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance to join their Karachi office. This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive individual with at least one year of relevant experience in accounting and finance. The role involves conducting income estimations, financial evaluations, business verifications, and asset valuations through field visits across Karachi. The candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing comprehensive financial reports independently while adhering to deadlines. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel for financial calculations and data analysis are essential. A valid driving license and personal transportation are preferred to facilitate travel to various markets, shops, and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct income estimation and financial evaluation assignments by visiting markets, shops, and businesses.
- Perform business verification and asset valuation through on-site assessments.
- Collect, verify, and analyze business, income, sales, expense, and asset information accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports reflecting market research and business activity assessments.
- Review basic financial statements and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy.
- Utilize MS Excel for performing financial calculations and detailed data analysis.
- Identify and flag discrepancies and potential risks in collected financial and business information.
- Maintain proper records and organize supporting documents systematically.
- Complete all field assignments and financial reports within specified timelines.
- Demonstrate strong observation skills and effective information-gathering techniques during field visits.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly through written reports.
- Work independently without direct supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Travel extensively across Karachi for conducting evaluations and verifications.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge to support financial evaluation processes.
