Accounts Assistant

Dynamic Tooling Services is looking for a skilled Accounts & Finance Assistant to manage and oversee the accounting functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, preferably within trading, importing, or manufacturing sectors, and be proficient in QuickBooks and other ERP systems. This role demands accuracy in recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, and managing tax filings. The position is based in Blue Area, Islamabad, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Salary and incentives are negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, payment requests, and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Manage daily banking operations and perform reconciliations for bank accounts, cash, suppliers, and customers.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash transactions to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and verify invoices along with supporting documentation for compliance.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other ERP software efficiently, demonstrating strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Handle GST/Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax deductions and filings, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Experience in managing Letters of Credit (LCs), Telegraphic Transfers (TTs), and foreign remittances will be considered an advantage.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA Finance, BS Accounts, ACCA Intermediate, or CMA Intermediate.
- At least 3 years of practical experience using QuickBooks and ODDO for accounts preparation in trading, importing, or manufacturing companies.
- Proven ability to work with tax portals such as FBR IRIS Portal, PRA Portal, and SRB Portal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with GST/Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax filing processes is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with handling foreign remittances and banking instruments like Letters of Credit and Telegraphic Transfers is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month, with negotiable incentives based on performance and experience.
- Convenient work location in Blue Area, Islamabad, with a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday.
